Drawing, until 27th April, Eames Fine Art Gallery, 58 Bermondsey Street, London SE1
There is little doubt that drawing plays an important part in the creation of art and of course other disciplines such as architecture. This show celebrates drawing whether as a finished work in its own right or a sketch or preparatory drawing for a painting or piece of sculpture.
Drawings provide a great insight into the artist’s working methods. While artists often hang on to their drawings we are fortunate that gallery artists Edward Twohig, Amanda Danicic, Anita Klein, Rob Mosley, Jason Hicklin, Nigel Swift and Niamh Clancy are exhibiting their works in this exhibition.
