Other Art Fairs on during Frieze Week
No one can say that London’s art scene isn’t buzzing during Frieze Week and they are by no means the only fairs on.
The Old Truman Brewery in Brick Lane, London E1 plays host to three:
The Other Art Fair (16th – 19th October) is the seventh edition of this popular artist-led fair which features work by international artists who have been selected by an expert panel that includes Anita Zabludowicz, Founding Director of the Zabludowicz Collection, Omar Kholeif, Curator at Whitechapel Gallery, Sophie O’Brien, Senior Curator at the Serpentine Gallery, and celebrated artist Polly Morgan among their number.
Now in its sixth edition the Kinetica Art Fair (16th – 19th October) is a celebration of the best of contemporary kinetic art from around fifteen countries around the world. For those interested in more historic examples then the stand of Austin Desmond Fine Art, London is the one for you.

While the only UK art fair that exclusively specialises in contemporary prints, photographs, digital art, artists’ books and 3-D printing is the Multiplied Art Fair (17th-20th October) which is hosted by Christie’s South Kensington. Its forty participating galleries provide an eclectic mix of established artists as well as the emerging talent from institutions like the Slade School of Fine Art and the Royal College of Art.
