The title of this group exhibition comes from the Latin word dominus which means master or owner and the exhibitions theme is the idea of personal space. Aaron Koblin and Ben Tricklebank explore the idea of travel and digital influences and their effect on the idea of home through their drone shot photographic series.

Some of you will have already seen the images displayed on the outside of the old In & Out Club in Piccadilly which are by Charlotte Colbert and you now have the chance to see the originals in the gallery. The series is called In and Out of Space and depict an astronaut visiting the past, in this case the abandoned spaces of the club itself.

The translucent polyester sculptures of Do Ho Suh’s Specimen Series are a playful reference to household appliances and to me a reminder of their transience in our lives. Finally Elena Rendina’s mono-patterned room filled with furniture and memorabilia is an open invitation to the curious to make it their own.
