For those of you who enjoyed my recent blog “Taste & Style” (23rd April) I though you would be interested to know that the pair of Brûle Parfums once owned by Louis XVI achieved a world record price of £1,985,000 (Estimate: £150,000 – 250,000). Provenance definitely rules!
