A show of Jamil Naqsh’s work is something to look forward to as he always manages to captivate the viewer. He has a special gift of being able to combine mythology and romance with the cultures of the Indian sub-continent whatever the religious background in a way that embraces one in a unique, timeless world. This time we are allowed a glimpse into the artist’s earlier period through two remarkable floral paintings and a group of beautifully painted miniatures.
